Can we stay like this?
Alison: 25-year-old special needs teacher, ex-journalist, mum to 1 x dog and 2 x kitties that I love very much, mess maker, gym junkie, veggie grower, thrift shopper, clothing, shoe and hair obsessed, tattooed, Australian lady enjoying living the good life in country Queensland with my ridiculously good-looking boyfriend.

I grew a pumpkin! Not a very big pumpkin, but a pumpkin nonetheless. I’m a farmer, Mum!

Telling people to sleep more to lose weight is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. What about just doing shit to feel better? Are people sleeping extra hours for a year then jumping on the scales to see their magic weightloss? Should people who don’t want to lose weight restrict their sleeping? To me, this is just another way to make people stress out and feel bad about their bodies. Eat what makes you feel good, move your body when it makes you feel good, sleep when you’re dead (or however much makes you feel good).
