These cows just ran along the length of their fence line to follow me, Dean (boyfriend) and Riley (dogfriend) on our afternoon walk! They followed us for about 5 minutes, until we passed the end of the fence, then followed us again when we came back. Such curious and sweet little (big) ladies!

I realised I had been neglecting my abs in my workouts so I did 50 sit ups on one of those awkward machines where you lie on an angle towards being upside down then hook your legs over the end so you can intensify your sit ups. Having one of those months I spend 90% of every day dreaming about new tattoos and saying to Dean “ACTUALLY, I REALLY WANNA GET —— TATTOOED ON MY ——” about 5 times a day. Imagine if I had heaps of money and my tattooists weren’t booked out a year in advance.
